Google Negotiating Over Subscription Music Service

Google is hoping to compete with the likes of Spotify and introduce it's own subscription music streaming service. Google is still negotiating with music labels so we shouldn't expect the service to launch until the summer.

Quirk Has a New Home!



We are pleased to announce that Quirk can now be found at quirktech.com. You can still find posts here for the next week, but after that you will only find the latest updates over at our new site.

Quirk Is Moving


As of tomorrow, Quirk will have a new home on the web. We will begin out transition to our new domain name quirktech.com. Posts will still be made here on the original blog, but they will also be on our newly designed site as well. Urbanears has built up a collection of well designed, good quality headphones over recent years, and the Slussen marks their first real foray into different territory. The Slussen is an adapter that plugs into your iPhone and, with the accompanying app, allows you to connect headphones and a sound system for mixing tracks on the fly.

Moped iOS Review


Messaging has become highly convoluted in recent years. Just what platform do you use? SMS, BBM, iMessage, Facebook Chat, Twitter, Skype, E-Mail? All of them do different things very well but none does everything you could want in one package. Maybe Moped is finally the platform we have all been waiting for.
